Following the appeal decision announced on 12 February 2010, we are working towards a refund process for all affected customers.
The Copyright Tribunal decision has allowed a period of time to implement a refund process and we will write to all our affected customers to advise them of the details in accordance with the timetable set out by the Copyright Tribunal.

Following the July 30th 2009 hearing, the Copyright Tribunal has now published its decision in regard to the rates paid to PPL.
Mr Justice Arnold has issued his judgment on PPL’s appeal against the decision of the Copyright Tribunal* on 3 of its public performance tariffs.
